Shravan’s predictions on what will happen in 2018

Shravan predicts that in the next year, condos will be a hot commodity. We are seeing more and more people looking for condos as opposed to single-family homes, he said. The demand is there for them. He believes that this is because more people are coming to Calgary to work from other parts of Canada or from overseas, and they want something smaller, more affordable and close to work. They also want to live near their workplace so they can walk or bike instead of using their car all the time. They’re also choosing condos because these buildings have amenities such as swimming pools and gyms, which they wouldn’t find with detached homes.
