Furthermore, foods that we consume, particularly breakfast cereals and beverages, may already have vitamins, minerals, other health supplements and nutritional products added by the manufacturer. As a result, one might obtain more of these elements than originally anticipated, and more might not be better. Extra medication costs more and may increase the risk of experiencing negative effects. An excessive amount of vitamin A, for instance, might harm the liver and result in headaches.
