This is sure to be an epic event. It will feature the Philadelphia Eagles facing off against the Kansas City Chiefs and an epic halftime show headlined by Rihanna.

The Super Bowl is one of the most popular and highly-anticipated events in sports. The game brings together teams that have been through a long and sometimes brutal season to compete for the title of NFL champions.


The halftime show is the highlight of the game for many people, whether you’re an avid fan or just a casual observer. The halftime show is typically an eclectic mix of well-known artists and some whose names are more obscure.


For Super Bowl 2023, the halftime show will be headlined by international superstar Rihanna. She’ll perform some of her most popular hits, but she will also bring in a few new songs for the fans to enjoy.

For example, M&Ms hoped that gender reveal parties that went wrong could be apologized for with a pack of their candy, but their spot was at best tone-deaf and at worst offensive to ongoing conversations about gender inequality and sexual abuse.


On the other hand, brands like Michelob Ultra and Chipotle showed their softer side by showing a positive and uplifting message. They also showed that they understand the struggles of their customers, delivering helpful messages that aren’t pandering to consumers.

4. Anxiety


The biggest game of the year is one of the most tense and stressful times for athletes. The looming do-or-die scenario is often enough to send even the most seasoned pro into a whirlwind of anxiety.


Athletes who experience anxiety before and during the Super Bowl are encouraged to use mindfulness techniques. These can include breathing exercises, relaxation, and noticing distractibility cues.


While some athletes have a tendency to be overly anxious before the big game, others find that the feeling is only natural and normal. For example, Brandon Brooks, a former member of the Philadelphia Eagles who had an anxiety disorder that led to him missing two games last season, decided to seek help and overcome it.
