Here are the five biggest construction projects started in Vietnam Construction Market and Vietnam during Q1 2022, as per GlobalData's construction projects data set.


1. Hai Lang LNG Internal combustion Community 4500 MW - $5,300m


The undertaking incorporates the construction of a 4,500MW LNG nuclear energy station on 120ha of land in Hai Lang region, Southeast Monetary Zone of Quang Tri territory.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is supposed to be finished in Q4 2026.


The new extension will be worked around 350m upstream and 3.8km away from the ongoing Rach Mieu Scaffold. The extension with an all out length of 17.59km, of which the street segment is 15.2km long, the scaffold over the Tien stream is 1.9km long and the extension crossing My Though waterway is 530m long.


5. Seraphin Squander to-Energy Power Plant 37 MW - $152m


The task includes the construction of a 37MW waste-to-energy power plant with a handling limit of 1500 TPD on 2.5ha of land in Ha Noi.


Construction work began in Q1 2022 and is supposed to be finished in Q4 2023.


The task intends to assist with fulfilling the area's energy need.
