Decoding the UPSC: Understanding the Civil Services Examination

1. Preliminary Examination (Prelims):

On the other hand, General Studies Paper II assesses a candidate's comprehension, interpersonal skills, logical reasoning, and analytical ability.

2. Main Examination (Mains):

Mains is the pinnacle of the UPSC examination and is divided into nine descriptive papers. These include:

3. Personality Test (Interview):
