The Outlook for MAC search "No Results" problem, can appear after updating MAC OS or Office for MAC from one release to another or can appear suddenly without an obvious reason.
In such cases the Search function in Outlook for MAC does not work and returns "No Results" when you try to find something inside your email that you know exists.
Verify that the Outlook Profile/Identity is stored at the default location.
On the top menu, go to Help > Check for Updates.
Move Messages to another Outlook folder.
(If so, then remove them, skip the rest steps and try to find something using the Outlook search).
Enable the Windows Search feature from Control Panel.
- Navigate again in Control Panel > Programs & Features > Turn Windows features on options and select the "Windows Search" checkbox.
How to ensure that Indexing is complete (Microsoft Outlook 2010):
- Press Ctrl + F keys to bring up the search menus.
