Telegram Owner said their messaging platform saw a jump in new users.
The Telegram which is one of the well known messaging platforms claims to have had a sudden upward movement in their signups when Facebook faced downtime in their messaging service.
Durov didn’t offer any explanation for sudden upward in their new signups,
