They take care of the correct metabolism, improve metabolism, and besides, they positively affect the ability to concentrate, proper functioning of the digestive and nervous systems. You will find them mainly in liver, eggs and legumes. Vitamin E, also called the vitamin of youth, will protect the skin from the harmful effects of free radicals. Its main sources are mainly plants and fish. Provitamin A, or beta-carotene, has a similar effect to vitamin E, with the difference that it delays the skin aging process. Beta-carotene can be found in carrots, dried apricots, red pepper or pumpkin. It is worth adding that all of the above mentioned ingredients are also found in properly composed dietary supplements for women. Such preparations, issued without a prescription, you can buy by visiting, for example, medical pharmacies.

Minerals

Minerals play no less important role in a woman's body than the vitamins mentioned above. Of course, when visiting medical pharmacies, it will be much easier to work on providing their proper doses, but these substances should not be missing from the food you eat every day. And what minerals are we talking about in practice? Selenium, iodine, iron and omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids are especially important for a woman's health. Selenium, in combination with vitamin E, slows down the ageing process of tissues. You will find it in products such as sea fish, corn and nuts. These sea fish are also a source of iodine, which positively influences the smoothness of a woman's skin. Iron, which is responsible for oxygenating the skin, is found in large quantities in the liver and unsaturated omega 3 fatty acids in fish such as salmon and mackerel. The latter are especially responsible for improving water retention in the epidermis.

Properly selected diet, which does not lack the necessary vitamins and minerals for the proper functioning of the body, will allow a woman to maintain beauty and health. Remember this, because even the best cosmetics will not be able to guarantee us the right results when there is no internal body care.
