Udyam Registration in India

The government of India has created a new framework for the registration of business under MSME's on 1st July 2020 commonly known as Udyam Registration.

Udyam Registration invalidates all other registrations, i.e. EMII or Udyog Aadhar Registration. Currently, Udyog Aadhar is on working and no new registrations or changes are allowed.

According to the government notification of 26th June 2020, existing holders of Udyog aadhar / MSME registration need to convert to new udyam registration before 31st March 2021.
