How you entered in Law Industry?
I have my own firmness to join to law from school time and after many years I have decided to take break and developed interest more in Law studies.
Have you doubted about your decision?
No. I haven’t doubt about my decision for choosing law career. It became difficult, but I was firm and achieved my goals by firm mind. Right now my business is most popular one in Colorado in Legal practices.
Which business leaders you love most?
Oprah Winfrey, the only name for me. She created a media empire and still has influence till date. Another one is Warren Buffet, the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway also in my list.
What motivates you?
Fight for women's justice is the most motivating part of her career life. She believes in uniting and encouraging women for their rights by hosting conferences many times.
Over the years she has represented hundreds of claimants in claims and individual actions filed in state and federal courts.
She performed common benefit services for various mass tort projects when she was a member of multiple discovery committees.Kelly Hyman is a member of the American Association of Justice (AAJ).
She also participates in the Women’s Caucus Lobby Day in Washington D.C. She is also a member of the Florida Bar, the Colorado Bar, the Washington D.C. Bar, and the New York Bar.Kelly Hyman has served as a White House intern with the Office of Presidential inquiries while studying at the University of California for her undergraduate degree.
She is officially the Chair of the Membership Committee for the Colorado Federal Bar Association.Some of Kelly Hyman’s previous cases include class action suits involving water contamination, tobacco, and transvaginal mesh and bladder slings against big corporate power players like American Spirit, Johnson & Johnson, and Boston Scientific.
