Incoloy 800 Tube Fittings is often used in Ethylene furnace quench boilers, Hydrocarbon cracking, Valves, fittings and other components exposed to corrosive attack from 1100 Degree F – 1800 Degree F.

Incoloy 800H Tube Fittings is also used in Heat exchangers and process piping, along with Carburizing fixtures and retorts. For applications in Incoloy 800HT Tube Fittings requiring greater resistance to stress rupture and creep, especially at temperatures above 1500 Degree F (816 Degree C), 800HT are used. Machining characteristics of Incoloy 800 Compression Fittings are similar to that of iron – based alloys.
