Improved OpenAI Codex Powers Github CoPilot

OpenAI has produced an updated version of Codex, their API that can autocomplete code based on a natural language input.  Github Copilot is an editor extension that sends your comments and code to Copilot when then uses the OpenAI Codex API to suggest individual lines of code, or even whole functions.
