AeroPress Brewing Guide Tips

Why choose AeroPress?

1. AeroPress can produce a vacuum effect and use air pressure to force water through the coffee powder to extract more aroma.

2. The process is super fast: the whole process may only take 90 seconds to 2 minutes because the pressure can shorten the brewing time.

3. Making coffee with AeroPress looks very professional!

How to use AeroPress to make coffee best?

1. First, rinse the AeroPress with warm water and preheat all the components of the AeroPress at the same time.

2. Add filtered water. Water is the key to good coffee!

3. Grind coffee beans: Some people use the same thickness as drip coffee or a slightly finer grind than drip coffee.

4. Add the coffee ground to the assembled AeroPress.

5. Pre-soak filter paper with warm water to wash away the terrible smell of paper. In addition, the hot water pressed into the cup can also warm the cup.

6. Pre-soak coffee powder for about 30 seconds, first add about 50ml of hot water to the AeroPress brewing base and use steaming to exhaust the carbon dioxide in the coffee powder.

7. Add the remaining water, then stir a little and let it stand for 30 seconds. You can also extend the time according to your taste, but beware of the danger of over-extraction.

8. When adding water, don't fill it up too much. It will be beneficial to install the filter and lid.

9. Slightly wet the rubber on the top of the plunger, then press in the plunger and gently push it down (approximately 15 to 30 seconds).

10. Don't use too much force when pressing down so as not to extract the bitterness of the coffee. When you hear the hissing sound, the AeroPress brewing is completed!

Then pour it out and enjoy your coffee time!
