1. Academic, is the module which covers all the teaching activities.

• Admission : It is one of the significant section for an institute to increase the volume of students and make an institute large. Education ERP software has a smooth process of admission management. It is user friendly for students and admission authority as well. Admission authority can maintain inquiry forms of students and do follow ups to process further. 

Authorities can approve or reject student's application form as per their eligibility criteria and admission policy. After approval of application, student will get notification through email/SMS. All these processes are transparent and secure.

• Exam : We have divided exam module in three segments, pre-exam, during exam and post exam. All the activities related to pre examination like master entries, exam management, block allotment, student's barcode generation, etc are covered in pre-exam module. During exam if supervisor observes some unfair activity by student like copy case and if any student is absent, admin can use during exam module to manage all these details. 

Result process, paper evaluation and all type of post exam activities are included in post exam module.

• Fees & Scholarships : All type of fees can be maintained in Fees module. Admin can manage fee circular and store all the data related to student's fees. Admin can maintain balance calculation of fees and scholarship.

• Student & Faculty management : Students and faculties will get an application where they will get all the details related to their activities and performance.

• Training & Placement : Data of the company comes to the campus to recruit students and data of students who applied for training or internships will be managed in this module.

• Convocation : After admission, fees, academic and exam, here admin can operate data of convocation and address all the details related to convocation.
• Alumni  : Institute can store all the past year data they want and details of a student who becomes alumni can also manage in this module.

2, Administration, is the module which covers all the non teaching activities.

• Account & Finance : For management team, this module is very important and useful to maintain all the data related to expenses like Budget, Loan, Credit & debit notes, bank book, etc are included in this module. Admin can manage all finance activities through this module.

• HR & Payroll : All type of master entry related to employees and their attendance, payroll, loan, KPI, etc are covered in HR module. Admin and employees can download salary slip from HR module.

• Purchase : System has a facility to record order details where all the required details can be stored and manage stock of materials. Purchase quotation comparison entry is the add on facility there. 

• Store & Inventory : Location of store and inventory, transaction details, actual & virtual stock, all these facilities are there in Stock module and admin can download multiple reports related the same.

• Asset Management : Admin can define asset category as it could be furniture, computer, CCTV camera, anything. To maintain vendor's invoices, capitalization feature is also there in the module. Admin can see depreciation form financial year wise in this module.

• Hostel & Transport management : Receive student's room request, hostel fees payment, allot room to the concerned person (Student, Faculty or Guest), Canteen, etc are covered in Hostel module. In transport, admin can add vehicle details, maintain transport requests, add routes, etc related to transportation includes in this module.

• Mobile app & Dashboards : We provide 30+ dashboards in Education ERP platform through which Institute can analyze their data and do gap analysis to make their processes smooth. Student and faculties will get an application where they can refer their performance and all the required details. Employee can download their salary slip from application.
