A lot of people are confused between organic and regular food as to which one is better to consume. Many people believe that regular food is beneficial than organic one, while for others, the case is reverse. Consuming organic food is much healthier than commercially grown food. The chemicals used in the production of conventional food boost production but have been proved to cause a number of diseases. This one is the main difference between organic and non-organic food. In the production of organic food, no chemicals are used. While in non-organic food production, synthetic fertilizers are used. The farmers use natural fertilizers like compost to feed the soil and manage the weed. In non-organic farming, the farmers use chemical fertilizers and insecticides to repel insects. Also, colors and additives are used to make it look fresh and new.

Natural chemical-free production or food is more expensive as the fruits and vegetables are grown naturally are not produced in huge quantities. The higher farming practices and more hard work by farmers make this food expensive. Non-organic food, on the other hand, is less expensive than organic food due to the massive amount of production. Also, the farming procedure is less intensive than organic food framing.
