ROSEMARY HYDROSOL'S ADVANTAGES & ITS APPLICATIONS.!!

Rosemary hydrosol is made by hydro distilling the leaves and blossoms of the Rosemary plant. These leaves and blooms are taken from the plant Rosmarinus officinalis, which is native to the Mediterranean region and belongs to the Lamiales order of the Lamiaceae botanical family.

Rosemary hydrosol is clear to amber or green in color and has a strong and characteristic odor that is similar to that of the genuine plant. It has a pleasant, sweet, and grassy scent.

Rosemary Hydrosol is one of the most energizing floral waters and works well with thyme, cedarwood, oregano, marjoram, cinnamon, lavender, pine, and basil. It is also water-soluble and has a one-year shelf life.

ROSEMARY HYDROSOL'S ADVANTAGES

Stimulant

Both rosemary oil and hydrosol have potent circulatory stimulating properties. They increase blood flow to the scalp, promoting hair growth. It is also beneficial for improving lymph movement, which aids in the detoxification of the body. You can use rosemary hydrosol in a bath (approximately 2 cups) or in a body wrap mixture.

Anti-fungal

Rosemary has antifungal properties. Spray it on diaper rashes, dandruff, itchy scalp, scalp fungal infections, and other problems. Remember to carefully wipe it down after use because fungus flourishes in moist environments.

Antibacterial

By spritzing rosemary hydrosol on acne, eczema, psoriasis, and even rosacea, you can benefit from its antimicrobial characteristics.

Repellent for insects

Rosemary repels insects such as ants, spiders, and flies. To keep ants away from your home, spritz it on corners and ant trails.

Astringent

Rosemary, like tea tree hydrosol and most hydrosols, is an excellent astringent. It improves oily skin, tightens pores, and shrinks big pores on the skin.

Antispasmodic

It is antispasmodic, which means it relieves muscle spasms and cramps. Spray it on arthritis, gout, sprains, and strains multiple times per day for relief.

Expectorant and decongestant

Rosemary is beneficial to the respiratory system. It can be used to treat colds, coughs, and congestion. To use rosemary hydrosol as a decongestant, carefully apply a few drops in each nostril with a small glass dropper bottle. This will moisten your nasal passages and help to remove congestion. To unclog blocked sinuses, you can also utilize steam inhalation.

Analgesic

Rosemary hydrosol, like essential oil, is an analgesic (pain reducing). It can be used directly as a pain reliever spray. For relief, spray it on arthritic joints, muscular cramps, sports strains, and sprains multiple times throughout the day.
