Humble Beginnings
In the beginning, there was nothing. It was all very confusing as people were used to having someone or something around to keep track of things. It is said that it was on this day, the people of earth gathered together and begged the great one to watch over them. A distant eye opened, and it began to view over us. We called him 'Tidus' , he who watches.
The People grew restless. Without anything or anyone to keep order in their lives and with no word from the Tidus, they banded together and built a device to keep time. And so we can set our clocks and calendars without having to ask 'Tidus' for help.
The People grew tired of waiting by the phone for 'Tidus' to call them up and invited him over one day. 'Tidus' was cordial enough, but he seemed too busy to spend much time with the people. 'Tidus' would always make promises that he'd call them sometime or come back the next day, but he never did.
The People were tired of waiting for their friend to visit them. They decided to make a bigger device that would allow them to speak with their friend. This device was called 'The PS2'.
Final Fantasy X takes place in the land of Spira, which is controlled by a terrible force known as 'Sin', an evil being that destroys towns and lives. However, this time someone has found away to stop him. In the past he could not be stopped, but thanks to a man named 'Braska' , Sin has been captured and imprissoned in a statue. A summoner of Spira must come and free the thing, allowing it to once again terrorize the land.
A young man named Tidus takes his friend, Rikku , to a newly opened theme park called 'Dream Land'. Once there, Tidus is attacked by the evil Jecht who seeks to punish him. However since most of his power was drained from summoning Sin in a previous encounter, he is easily defeated and sent flying into the distance.
A young summoner named Yuna collects all of the aeons in Spira, which are powerful beings that fight for good. After doing so she makes her way to defeat 'Sin' . Along the way, Tidus is shown sending out a distress call from an upcoming wave of darkness.
Tidus and his friend wash up on the shores of a magical world called 'The Bevelle'. After getting settled in, Tidus agrees to help the people of Spira and leaves with their group. However after a while he feels that something is wrong and decides to head back to his own home town.
Tidus finally makes it back home only to discover that his hometown has become flooded with water. After rescuing his father, Jecht, Tidus finds out that Sin is actually a person inside of the monster and was once Jecht's best friend.
After finding out all of this information, Tidus makes it back to Yuna only to discover that she has rushed off on her journey with Kimahri to fight 'Sin'. Tidus decides to join the party and go along for the ride. After arriving at a nearby village , they are attacked by an evil group of soldiers called the Al Bhed who are trying to kidnap Yuna.
Tidus manages to rescue her , but in their escape, he is separated from his party and washed up on the shores of a snowy mountain. Tidus meets an old man who lives in the snow named 'Cid'. He discovers that Sin is actually Jecht inside of it, when he was sent flying into this world when they fought each other at the beginning of the game.
Tidus makes his way back to the village of his party, only to find it empty. He manages to get a hold of Wakka and Lulu , who tell him that they took Yuna away on a boat.
Tidus then makes his way across a deserted island in order to get back up north and rescue her from the evil Al Bhed. Along the way, he discovers that his old enemy from earlier, Jecht , is now inside of Sin.
Tidus travels with Yuna on a boat until they are docked by some soldiers from Bevelle. They kidnap her and Tidus spends the next few hours trying to find her. He gets ahold of Rikku and asks her to meet him in Bevelle.
Tidus arrives in Bevelle only to discover that the summoner has already defeated Sin. However since he no longer serves its purpose, Sin now just looks like Jecht. Tidus makes his way into the depths of the temple where he discovers that the summoner who fought Sin was none other than Yuna.
Tidus defends her , but in doing so he is captured by the evil Al Bhed and their leader, Rikku's brother, Brother .
In the end, Yuna defeats Sin once and for all by summoning her newest aeon, 'Shiva'. However during the fight Tidus falls off of the monster and is nowhere to be seen.
Yuna makes her way outside only to find that Tidus has miraculously survived. Before they have time to celebrate however, Sin rises out of the water once again. Tidus then tells Yuna that he is not from this world and in fact has no home to return to after all.
Since it would be impossible for him to live with her, he decides to make his way back into the depths of Sin in order to defeat it once and for all.
The game of Final Fantasy is considered as one of the best multiplayer online role-playing games designed for Microsoft Windows personal computers.
This great game was developed and published by Square Enix back in the year 2010.
