How to Boost Productivity With Tea?

Welcome to the article! This is a very interesting topic after all, learning about tea and how it could affect your life. Tea is one of the most popular drinks in the world; it started off as medicinal drink in China thousands of years ago, but fast forward to present day, people are just simply drinking Japanese Genmaicha Green Tea for its refreshing effects that you can't really get from other drinks.

Now you're probably thinking, "how does this affect my productivity?", well let's take a look back at what I just said. Tea was primarily known for its medicinal properties in ancient times. You might be wondering what these medicinal properties are so here they are:

Calming Effect - the chemical compounds in tea has an effect similar to benzodiazepine, which is a psychoactive drug. This means that tea can help you feel relaxed and less stressed out.

Health Benefits - like most medicines, tea also has some effect on your health. For instance, green tea contains substances that may protect against heart disease and cancer (1) .

Alertness - caffeine is the main stimulant in tea, this makes it an effective stimulant for those who are feeling sluggish or tired throughout their day. It's only like 50% as strong as coffee but it still does its job fairly well.

How to Get More Out of Drinking Tea

Now here's where the article becomes useful to you readers! I'm going to share with you how to take full advantage of drinking tea so that you could be more productive.

How to Prepare Tea Properly

One of the first mistakes people make when drinking tea is they don't prepare it properly. There are many ways to prepare tea, but I'll tell you one unique way that's relatively easy and straightforward; the French Press method . With this method, all you need is a French press (or any other pot or cup that can hold hot water), some tealeaves , and boiling hot water.

Here's how you do it:

1) Put 1-2 teaspoons worth of leaves into your pot or cup. This amount may vary depending on your desired taste.

2) Pour in about 5 ounces of boiling water (I usually use 7 out of 8 ounces since I like my tea strong).

3) Let it steep for 20 seconds to a minute. 4) Push the plunger down slowly and pour out your tea.

I hope that wasn't too complicated, I just don't like to add leaves into the hot water directly because it's not very efficient when you're making multiple cups of tea (it can clog up the bottom of your pot or cup). With this method, you won't have to do that anymore!

Drink Tea in Afternoon

Now what time should you drink your tea? Well I've found that drinking tea at 2:00 p.m. is great for productivity if you wanted to take a break from work for 20-30 minutes since caffeine takes a while to kick in. Drinking tea at this time will help increase your alertness, which is very important for focus and concentration.

Drink Tea at Night (2)

If you wanted to wind down after a long day of work, then I suggest drinking tea around 8:00 p.m., that's when the effects of drink begins to kick in so it would be an excellent way to relax before bedtime.

Conclusion I hope this article was helpful for you readers, if there are any mistakes or anything you'd like me to clarify about this topic, feel free let me know!

How to find the best tea suppliers in Canada?

The tea industry is getting bigger and it's important to find the best suppliers. This article will help you do that!

The tea market has been growing steadily for a few years now, thanks to the increasing health trend of 'going green'. Tea drinkers are willing to spend a little more on a better product that they can also enjoy in different ways. It's not just about drinking a cup anymore - you can cook with it, stir into your bath or use it as facial treatments - there really is no limit to its usefulness. The key is finding the best suppliers.

Canada has over 70 companies specialized in tea production and around 85 active tea houses where you can enjoy freshly made teas. There are over 200 different types of tea available in the country! The provinces with the highest number of tea companies are Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia.

North America has traditionally imported most of their tea from India, China, Sri Lanka and Japan until the late 1980s when increasing interest prompted greater focus on cultivating local sources. Canada has increased imports since then but it still relies mostly on traditional suppliers - only 5% of its market is covered by domestic producers.

Tea varieties - Canada doesn't grow all types of teas but these are the ones you'll find best suppliers for: * Black Tea (Ceylon/English Breakfast/Darjeeling/Earl Grey * Green Tea (Gunpowder/Matcha) * White Tea (Silver Needle/White Peony/Shou Mei/White Pekoe Tips) * Herbal Tea (Chamomile/Raspberry Leaf)
