Steps for Arlo Q, Arlo Q Plus and Arlo Go Firmware Update:On your phone, open the Arlo app.To get to it through Arlo's official website, go to arlo.netgear.com.To access the settings menu, go to the top menu and select it.On your screen, you may see a list of cameras.Click on device info after selecting your camera.Firmware should be selected.Now select the option to update, and the process will begin.Now all you have to do is wait for it to be updated, and then you can start streaming the cameras again.
