Pick The Best Refractory Bricks Suppliers:

The only goal is to benefit from choosing the best magnesite stone to achieve long life. Professionals select the appropriate materials which can withstand the weight of basic refractory bricks Suppliers. Professionals select the best quality brick based on the order and requirements. Performance is selected by determining fire resistance, flexibility, chemical resistance, coating and operating temperature. They pride themselves on the patience in manufacturing and exporting high-quality magnesite bricks mainly used for front and back walls in the open and closed chemical industry.

Types of magnesite bricks:

1) Burnt Magnesite Brick:

Magnesia is used as a raw material for magnesite rocks. It works great at high temperatures and strong resistance to slag. Where is it used? Used to build stable power lines of Electric Generators (EAF) and transformers, lime kilns, glass tank regenerators, automotive torpedoes and non-ferrous heaters.

2) Molten Magnesite Brick

To create molten magnesite bricks, the magnesia is melted and die-cast. It is then fired at a very high temperature and finally undergoes some work to produce the finished product. It has a high cutting speed and works well at high temperatures magnesia bricks supply. It also works as strong resistance to moisture. Where is it used? Used for tapping holes in converters with heavy corrosion and slag wear, slag lines in non-ferrous furnaces, tapping holes in steel mixing furnaces and chimney blocks in-tank regenerators of glass.

3) Magnesite alumina bricks

It also contains small amounts of periclase and spinel. Works well in hot and cold temperatures and has good thermal shock resistance magnesia bricks supply. It also has strong slag resistance and high RUL performance. Where is it used? It is also used in steel ladles, permanent linings of steel furnaces, steel mixers and other furnaces of refractory materials.

4) Magnesite-alumina spinel brick

Magnesite Alumina Spinel Brick is an environmentally friendly product developed by Lavani Ceramics. It is made of high-quality synthetic magnesia spinel and alumina clinker, with a high fraction of periclase and spinel. Where is it used? It is used in rotary cement kilns, glass tank regenerators, lime kilns and substations in refractory areas with large temperature changes.

5) Natural Magnesite Chromium Brick

Magnesia and chromium ore are sintered and sintered at high temperatures. Higher cutting speed and higher heat resistance than magnesite bricks

Where is it used? It is used for rotary cement kiln, glass kiln regenerator, steel fixed liner, and refining ladle fixed liner.

6) Direct bonded magnesite chrome brick

It is mined at 1,700 degrees Fahrenheit or higher using impurity-free chromium ore and high purity magnesia as the raw material. It has strong slag resistance and good temperature resistance. Where is it used? Used in rotary cement kilns, electric kilns and non-ferrous metal kilns.

7) Recombinant magnesite-chromium bricks

It is made of molten synthetic magnesia, moulded under high pressure and fired at ultra-high temperatures. Made from high purity raw material, it has excellent high-temperature performance, high-temperature resistance, low air permeability and strong slag resistance basic refractory bricks Suppliers. Where is it used? It is used for drilling holes in AOD (Argon Oxygen Decarburization) ovens, vacuum and tuba ovens in RH ovens, and slag lines in hot ovens.
