Human Origins - Is Science Right?

One of the most popular types of websites today is that it provides genealogical records. They help people find their ancestors. We are not sure who we are. We are looking for an identity. where do we come from What is our human origin?

Religious view of human origin

Two centuries ago, Western culture was dominated by a religious view. At that time, people believed that they were created in the image of God with an immortal soul. They are aware of their designated place, the great scheme of things, as a place between angels and animals. In short, this Christian worldview gives life its meaning, the sense of our human origin, and the perspective that people seek to inhabit. Today, however, in our worldly times, we have lost the consciousness of transcendence and the sense of the sacred. Some people think that the people came from foreigners who visited the country. But even if that were true, it doesn't explain how aliens exist.

Most people give a scientific way to know the pride of a place. So the question is, 'Who created us, God or evolution?' reacted strongly in favor of the other. There is no place for divine guidance or plan in Darwin's theory.

"We are the only people who think they have been resurrected from abominations; everyone believes they came from the gods." (Marshall Sahlins)

Christian fundamentalists who advocate creationism are not for religion. He literally understands the biblical account of 7 days of creation. That he sees it as real history. (An alternative view they don't like is that Genesis is a myth that conveys useful psycho-spiritual messages related to personal growth.) As a result, "creationists" make a scientific lie. No wonder he is easily ridiculed by anyone with any meaning. As a result, it is impossible for the idea of interior design in our human origin to have any kind of sincere hearing.

Evolution and our human origin

Today, Darwinian evolution seems to be the only possible explanation for the beginning and evolution of life. However, Huston Smith, in his book "Beyond the Post-Modern Mind", gives reason for further reflection on the concept of "great origin."

The fossils found in the earth's crust indicate that there have been changes in the structure of plants and animals and have been arranged in historical order by radioactive dating and dating of potassium and argon. In addition, higher, higher comprehensive forms of life (as a person) appeared later. All kinds of worlds may follow their pedigrees in simple forms in which life originally appeared.

Darwin suggested how it happened that it is a natural choice of BESTFP mutations. Darwinism is popular in science because the natural choice is usually mechanical and mutation, where it works in such disaster. In other words, biology is looking for the beginning and development of human life as a process automatic without a place for the devotion of holy. This may not be surprising, as not all disciplines take into account the natural phenomena associated with any design. This is because there is no scientific tool for observing purpose and meaning. What may be meant goes beyond scientific capacity to make empirical judgment.

Critique of Darwinian evolution

For a change, we need to ask about all the fossil evidence.

"Geology... does not reveal ... an organic change of good quality, and this is perhaps the clearest and most serious objection that can be raised against (my) theory. (Charles Darwin)

There is also the question of the lack of fossil evidence for transitional forms between species.

"Evolution requires transitional forms between species, and paleontology does not allow it." (David Kitts Professor, Oklahoma University of Geology)

The third concern is the implementation of non-functional changes, which will later result in useful new body parts. How does natural selection cause the formation of complex organs? Those made of so many parts that when they work together for thousands of generations, is there anything that would survive? What is the short-term advantage of the center of the jaw or the center of the wing? The brain module that controls language skills is incomparable to non-humans. He suddenly appeared to the men in his current form.

Huston Smith points out that Darwin's theory of evolution is relatively weak, but solid at first glance, because there are no other opponents to understand our origins.

Non-naturalistic views on human origin

I would suggest that if science has a limited kind of knowledge, we may have to look at other ideas again to find out who we are and where we come from. The problem with the naturalistic view is that it assumes that there is nothing missing in the material component that might exist.

This way of thinking prevents one from thinking about all sorts of less tangible events - those that are related to hearing and cannot be seen with any precision, prediction or control. To illustrate, sometimes we gain intuitive insight, experience happy coincidences and remember dreams. In addition, we marvel at the miracle and fear of nature's vitality. We may be ready to commit to the growth of life and the power of healing. Reliable fact cannot prove anything, but it can provide reasons to believe. Beliefs about who we are and where we come from. And so it can guide our decisions and behavior.

Spiritual consciousness and our human origin

I would say that searching in unnatural ways is a form of spiritual knowledge. According to the Swedish philosopher Emanuel Swedenborg from the 18th century, spirituality enters the natural. The deity is spiritual and tries to flow and revitalize naturally. Divine energy, then, the energy of love, which wants to share its life with human action.

Swedenborg thinks that qualified people who study science are more likely to deny any divine reality because of their focus than on the forces of nature. In addition, he thinks that for some of us, every negative thought is associated with a materialistic and self-centered attitude. He writes against a deeper understanding. "Energy as effort is in action or movement, it is simple, something spiritual in something natural; because mind and will are spiritual activities, while action and movement are natural." (Emanuel Swedenborg, spiritual philosopher)

As a clinical psychologist, Stephen Russell-Lacy specializes in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy and has been working with adults with anxiety and disorders for many years.
