Rapper Marryjflower was born Sibusiso Sihula. On January 20, 1995, in Eastern Cape, Umtata, Marryjflower has been creating music since he was a child and is considered among today’s most talented artists. He grew up in the streets of Khayelitsha, one of the townships in Cape Town
Marryjflower started rapping at the age of 14. He joined Backyard Records in the late 2009; while at Backyard records he joined a group of two young boys called Mic Killers Crew (Mouse and Mogen) and recorded few songs at Backyard Records,
He then decided to open his own recording label at the beginning of 2011 named Cash Inc. Records, Mic Killers members became Cash Inc artists, that’s when he made his name by attending all the events around Cape town, Marryjflower has worked with different types of artists while building his career in the music business,
2013 He worked on several collaborations with the most well-known crew in Western Cape Province and in other provinces, 300years Crew well known as (Amakhulu Amathathu), his name became very popular, he was invited to perform in school bush’s, Baxter theatre he also performed at the Cape Town music awards, 16 June 2013 he performed along with Dj Zintle at Upstairs in mfuleni,
Late 2013 one of 300years crew member passed away (Sandiso Fokwana, well known as Nqikilitye), Marryjflower had to form his own Crew that’s when he decided to work with Tiny Genaro (Sibabalo Rafu), they have been working together since 2010, Tiny Genaro is one of the members of Cash Inc. studios,
2014 he has been working with Tiny Genarow, they released a free Mix Tape called (Iqalaph’Ibisuke Khona), they have reached more than 20 000 listeners and gained a lot of supporters, one of the Songs was Irhumsha Libhodile, Gabhadin and Uyidlozi etc. they became a topic of 2014 and 2015, they have hosted around Western Cape, at Fish Hoek, Strand, Site C, Khayelitsha, Paarl, they have been invited to perform in George, Knysna, Worcester and Atlantis, they have also been invited to perform outside the province but couldn’t because of financial problems,
From 2015 Marryjflower took a break from doing music because of personal problems, he just made his departure Iate 2021 when he released a couple of singles which includes (NdiliThemba, Idlozi ft FreshGang and Emakhaya ft Smoko and Purple.
Marryjflower released the singles, "21 Reasons" and Emakhaya" In 2021, he short music videos for both singles, which now are both being aired on Channel O.
Marryjflower is currently working on a full project EP, His also working on a collaborated project with Goddy Slim titled "Nombolo7" which stands for "NO 7", Flower also has feature with Flash Ikumkani which is yet to be released. His music available on all digital platforms, search Marryjflower SA
