What Impact Do You Plan To Make With Your Life

"I Believe, I Keep The Faith, I Love, I Can If I Want"

Recently, one of my many talented friends, Wendy Lipton-Dibner, sent an email asking me to consider what impact  A New RelationshipI wanted to make in the lives of others. A memory immediately popped into my head that wouldn't go away.

At first, I wondered, "Why?" and then, I knew. This priceless insight is part of my thinking now. An important reminder, it makes it easier to live the life I want to live, no matter how difficult the situation I find myself.

Then I wondered, "What if others knew what I know? Could sharing it help them too?" My answer: "Yes!"

Too many influences make it easy for difficult people or situations to derail our lives. When I remember this insight, along with key ways I apply it daily in my life, I find greater joy and love in the most unexpected Build Lasting Love places. If I can do it, then I know you can too!

What Was My First Thought?

A message I read years ago at an elementary school in Hawaii --

"A change in attitude has the power to change my day."

What About The Real World?

My husband Doug knows I too can sometimes give into doubts and struggle, especially since I'm compelled to take risks, jump into new areas, and can't accept hurtful norms. We need each other to live the life we want to in the face of negative influences.

What or who helps you to quickly get back up when life knocks you down?

Before I read the school sign, I had a lot more "bad" days than I do now. Once I realized my attitude created exactly what Anastasiadate Review  I was feeling, my old negative habits began to fade more each day. The following thoughts summarize what happened next:

"I Believe"- I'm compelled to lift myself and others up. Whenever I start feeling stressed and overwhelmed by hardship, I open my eyes even more and see there's so much more to life and living each moment.

"I Keep the Faith"- I am strong. I believe in myself and everyone else in my life. I never give up or give in to doubts about what I can achieve. I find the courage to keep going, no matter how many setbacks or disappointments. I know that my path to living the life I want looks more like a jungle road. It demands my constant attention, or the path I want to take becomes quickly hidden and takes hard work to clear it away.

"I Love"- I love others and my life with my whole heart and do not accept anything less in my relationships. I choose to see and feel the joy, laughter, and love all around me. I reveal this truth to others by spreading my love in everything I do, say and feel. I also realize that when others are struggling, my quiet strength keeps me from being hurt by their actions. I stay loving and kind, especially when I remind them it is not okay to hurt others, just because they hurt or are disappointed.

"I Can If I Want"- I hold the power to achieve far greater meaning in my life. I am a catalyst for good everywhere I go, not because I change others, but because I change what I think, do and say in my response to every situation, especially toxic or difficult ones. Because I honor myself and everyone I have met, I expect magic to happen and love seeing it unfold in both obvious and mysterious ways.
