Empanadas

Three handmade pastries stuffed with your choice of beef, chicken, or spinach with cheese.


Ceviche

Fresh fish strips marinated in spicy lime juice with finely sliced onions and cilantro. Served on a bed of lettuce, camote (sweet potatoes), potatoes, and cancha. Add Halibut.


Ceviche Mixto

Shrimp, calamari, and fish marinated in spicy lime juice, with finely sliced onions and cilantro. Served on a bed of lettuce, camote ( sweet potatoes), potatoes, and cancha. Add Halibut.


Tiradito de Pescado

Traditional Japanese-Peruvian dish from the Coast of Peru. Thin slices of fresh fish marinated in aji Amarillo(yellow chili), garlic, and cilantro. Accompanied with Peruvian corn (choclo). Add Halibut.


Papa a la Huancaina

Your choices of potatoes or yucca topped with a yellow chili and cheese sauce, black olives, and boiled eggs.


Choros a la Chalaca

Callao’s tradition..!!! Steamed mussels served in its shell marinated in a succulent sauce made with spicy lime juice, onions, diced tomatoes, and cilantro.


Chicharron de Pollo

Peruvian style marinated fried chicken served with sarza criolla and fried yucca.


Calamar frito

Peruvian style seasoned fried calamari served with sarza criolla.


Tamal

Peruvian style tamale filled with chicken and cooked on banana leaf. Served with sarza criolla.


Causa

Golden potatoes mashed and seasoned with lime juice and “aji amarillo” ( peruvian chili) layered with vegetables, avocado and your choice of chicken or shrimp.
