As your client reaches out to you for the facial, take required amount of time and get to know them well. Try to find out what they expect from the facial and what is more important to them. If you are travelling a mile longer, create a questionnaire and ask them to fill it out when they book their appointment. Ask whether they smoke, as it affects the skin a lot.
