Difference between Frame Tents and Pole Tent

Pole tents are the most conventional, popular and affordable style tents. The two main options for this kind of tents are high peak and standard.

Features

A pole tent has comes with a tent top, ratchets and the tent top. They are generally placed in the grass for supporting the hazards into the ground, anchoring the tent but occasionally are staked in asphalt or blacktop but generally only at commercial locations.

Installation and setup

First of all, a tarp is laid on the ground to safeguard the tent. Secondly, the tent is laid directly on the ground and stretched. Thirdly, the hazard s are laid out across the perimeter of the tent and driven into the ground. Fourth, the side poles are set across the perimeter of the tent that is then placed at an angle.

Frame Tent

Frame tents are also referred to as west coast frame tents or high peak frame tents, depending on the style. Generally, frame tents are slightly costlier due to the extra pieces necessary to construct the tent.

Nonetheless, a frame tent enables for more flexibility and has lesser obstructions for the guests. Hence, while comparing the cost of both types of tents, the prices of the frame tents are generally higher.

Sometimes, you don’t have to select a frame tent and pole tent for weddings. For weddings, it is just like any other event while selecting between a pole tent and frame tent, but either way, if you go for a high peak tent, you can never go wrong.

Along with hiring or looking for custom tent sales for summer weddings, using an exterior heated tent rental is ideal for those winter and fall weddings. Both pole tents and frame tents can be heated by adding heaters and sidewalls.
