Next, look at your business activities through the prism of the creation of an efficient business model.

  • What improvement in your product value propositions is possible or feasible?
  • What new customer segments can you reach and market to?
  • What are the new possible channels for the distribution of your products and services?

Plan Ways to Achieve Your Objectives

You can't possibly reach your objectives without concrete plans that include specific steps to reach your goals. This is true for almost every plan out there, and it is even more crucial in the business world where plans are more complex and steps need to be taken more concretely.

  • Write down the concrete steps it takes to each plan. How do you go from a mere plan to grow your business to actually fully implementing it? Answer this question, and you should have a concrete plan.
  • Then write down the resources that will be consumed during each step of the plan. The resources are not only financial but also include time resources, human resources, etc.
  • What are the skills that will enable the execution of each step of the plan? Do you have those skills at your disposal in your company? Do you need to hire new employees for the task or outsource it? These are key questions that will have a major impact on the execution of each step.
