Fraud of Rs 15 lakh for taking to Canada under the pretext of work permit in Vastrapur, Gujarat

A complaint has been lodged at the Vastrapur police station against a person who swindled Rs 15 lakh by asking to be taken to Canada on the pretext of a work permit.

According to the information received, Vishal Nagar, a resident of Ghatlodia, has lodged a complaint of fraud against Harshil Ghanshyambhai Patel. Vishal Nagar contacted Harshil Ghanshyambhai Patel's office at Udan Holiday on Gurukul Road in March 2019, where he works on work permits and visa permits and sends them to Canada on work permits. This becomes very top Canada Gujarati news.

Harshil Patel explained the operation of his company to Vishal Nagar and gave work permits to many and showed the photos sent to Canada so that Vishal could believe Harshil Patel's words. So Vishal talked to Harshil Patel for a work permit Canada visa and he asked Vishal to complete all the formalities of the company so that the Canada work permit visa would be issued within five to six months.

He later asked for Rs 2 lakh for the Canadian work permit visa process and required documents to be submitted. So Vishal Nagar transferred Rs 50,000 cash from his brother's SBI account to Axis Bank by check. Harshil Patel gave him a receipt full of text and money on stamp paper. After waiting for five months, Vishal Nagar approached him but he did not give a satisfactory answer.

Harshil Patel said that if he asked for the refund as he had not issued the visa permit as per the text of January 25, 2020, then the file was in process and the file would be passed in two months. After that Vishal Nagar did not contact him due to Covid-19. Later when we contacted Harshil Patel in 2021, he said that his file has been cancelled due to Covid-19 and he will get the rupee back. The process of visa cancellation is 45 days, after which we will pay Rs. After 3 months, Vishal Nagar called Harshil Patel, but he did not answer. If he went to the office, he would not meet him.

However, after contacting Harshil Patel, he picked up the phone and said that he had come from Mumbai to work and Ahmedabad would make such a call. Will come to the office and talk face to face. But the phone did not ring. Investigations revealed that they had been vacating the office for several days.

In the whole incident, from March 16, 2019, till today, Harshil Patel got Rs 2 lakh, Viraj Patel got Rs 5 lakh, Neel Patel got Rs 2.5 lakh, Bhautik Patel got Rs 2.5 lakh, and Jill Patel got Rs 3 lakh. Since he has lodged a police complaint!
