Jogging and brisk walking are other forms of cardio that are very effective in controlling your weight. To reap full benefits, you should walk at least 7500 steps daily, five times weekly. Alternatively, to buy groceries in the neighbourhood market, try to walk down instead of using your car.


8. Drink Green tea

 

Of late, green tea has become an integral part of a weight loss diet plan. Green tea contains a large number of antioxidants. Hence, it helps in burning stubborn fat as well as boosting your metabolism rate. A cup of green tea, along with the morning breakfast, is a potent weapon against the enemy called fat.
