Fitness is the ideal of perfection of health, body as well as mind. In a sense you can say that it is an expression of an indomitable will to execute and achieve a vision of an ideal body. This idea body is healthy, high-functioning, free of disease, and can perform under any pressure. It is also aesthetically appealing and perfect in every sense. To achieve the same, one has to achieve discipline of mind. Disciplining the mind is discipling the body to put the work that is required to achieve optimal physical performance. In this article we shall see how such a stage can be achieved. 


Working out:


when it comes to reaching the ideal state of physical fitness, there is no better way to do it other than exercising regularly. ‘Exercising’ it is an umbrella term and can mean a wide array of things. But this also means that you can choose from a wide array of exercise regimes or fitness regimes in order to achieve your fitness goals. 


Whatever you choose, you have to ensure that you do it sincerely and at least for an hour. Of course, you can go for a workout regime that is for 2 hours, depending upon your schedule and everyday routine. But an hour of the day (strictly) should be reserved for solely exercising. Exercising need to necessarily be about running your lungs. Surely, running is one way to remain fit, but it is only a cardio-vascular training. 


It is not sufficient to an all-inclusive and comprehensive type of fitness. Your training regime should also incorporate strength training, resistance training, agility and speed training, along with cardio and some waist whittling exercises. You can go for lifting for strength training, for agility, speed and strength, you can go for a combat exercises and training too. 


Food:


Your fitness journey is incomplete without focusing on the food or the diet that you consume. Sticking to a strict diet (healthy) is going to get you results sooner than hours of training at the dojo, so no matter how bad that donut at the widow of the shop wants you to have it, you should not give in to it. 


Your diet should be perfectly balanced; with the right amount of all the nutrients in it. If you are building strength and muscles, you will have to increase the intake of lean protein in your diet. Basically, focusing on your macro nutrients become extremely necessary if you want to see the results at the earliest. This aspect, without a doubt, is fundamental to looking aesthetic (apart from being physically fit).
